Abstract
У статті розглянуто суть та основні етапи антикризового управління. Визначено їх особливості для телекомунікаційних підприємств. Розроблено алгоритм процесу антикризового управління для телекомунікаційних підприємств. Розкрито кожен етап антикризового управління. Визначено методи оцінки кризового стану діяльності телекомунікаційних підприємств.
