Algorythm of management of information flows of tourism enterprises

Abstract

The necessity to manage information flows of tourism enterprises is substantiated in the article. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach. Findings. It is determined that the management of information flows of tourism enterprises improves the information richness of their business processes and promotion of the enterprises in the market. Information flows management is based on the information needs of all participants of the formation and implementation of the tourism product. Practical value. The article shows the typical algorithm of information flows management, which reflects the technological process of cooperation of tourism enterprises and the characteristics of the information flows in the tourism sector of the national economy. Each of the stages is a generalized measure, which includes the corresponding detailed functional value. The basic information barriers that may hinder the successful management of information flows is determined in the article.
