القاء شیردهی مناسب در یک مادر خوانده

Abstract
این یک واقعیت است که اکثر پزشکان باور ندارند که تنها با تحریک پستان و ایجاد انگیزه در خانم غیرحامله و بدون زایمان، می توان به مقدار کافی شیر تولید کرد تا نیازهای کودکی را که به فرزندی پذیرفته است فراهم نماید. در این مطالعه ما یک خانم 30 ساله که نمی توانست حامله شود و یک نوزاد پسر را به فرزندی پذیرفته بود، برای ارضاء میل مادری تحت القاء شیردهی قرار داده و به مدت 2 سال، کودک را از نظر الگوی رشد مورد پایش قرار دادیم. در این مدت الگوی رشد کودک که از شیر تولید شده توسط این مادر تغذیه شده بود، بر منحنی نرمال منطبق بوده است.
