Abstract
In the contemporary era of global economy and business, the issue of economic problems has become a very emotive phenomenon, for world has been undergoing a multitude of convoluted financial crises and economic problems that have perplexed many giant economic analysts and specialists. Thus, this research aims at addressing those problems and providing a divine and effective remedy for that. This research has applied three methods viz. inductive, analytic and descriptive. The study reveals that the factors and causes of all economic problems are rooted in any one or more of the following four elements e.g. production, consumption, financial exchanges and the distribution of the wealth. Therefore, the article argues that the due application of Islamic economic principles would be the only effective mechanism for solving all such problems and for them to be so, those principles would be equally applied to resolve all economic problems of any country of the world over space and time إن ظاهرة المشكلات الاقتصادية في عصر عولمة الاقتصاد المعاصر قدأصبحت لائحة واضحة لكل مبصر؛ فالعالم يواجه أزمات مالية متتابعة، ومشكلات اقتصادية متصاعدةحيّرت المحللين والمتخصصين في حلبة الفكر الاقتصادي. ولهذا يتوخّى هذا البحث التعريج على بيان ظاهرة المشكلات الاقتصادية وأزماتها، وتقديم علاج ربّانيّ لها عن طريق دراسة المبادئ الشرعية للإنتاج والاستهلاك والتبادل وتوزيع الثروة، بُغيةَ الإثبات بأن تطبيق تلك المبادئ هو العلاج الناجع الوحيد لحل جميع المشاكل والأزمات الاقتصادية التي أرّقتْ عمالقة رجال الفكر الاقتصادي العالمي سواء أكانت تلكالمشاكل محلية أم إقليمية أم عالمية. وقد نهج الباحث في دراستها: المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي والوصفي؛ وذلك لجمع المعلومات وتحليلها تحليلًا علميًّا دقيقًا ولبيان العلاج الإسلامي للمشكلات. وأما نتائج البحث فيمكن تلخيصها في أن العوامل والأسباب التي تؤدي إلى المشاكل الاقتصادية تنحصر في الثغرات والخلل؛ إمَّا الخلل في الإنتاج أو في الاستهلاك أو في التبادلات المالية أو في توزيع الثروة بين الناس. وأن تطبيق المبادئ التي شرعها الإسلام لتنظيم تلك العوامل يعتبر علاجًا ناجعًا يصلح للتطبيق في بلدان العالم بأسرها بلا استثناء في كل زمان ومكان لحلّ جميع المشكلات الاقتصادية. সমসাময়িক বৈশ্বিকব্যবসা ও অর্থনীতির যুগে মানবসমাজের অর্থনৈতিক সমস্যাগুলো প্রতিটি দৃষ্টিসম্পন্ন মানুষের সামনে অত্যন্ত সুস্পষ্ট রূপে প্রতিভাত। কারণ, বর্তমান বিশ্ব এমন অনেক জটিল আর্থিক সংকট এবং দুরূহ অর্থনৈতিক সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হচ্ছে যার সমাধান দিতে যেয়ে বিশ্বের যশস্বী অর্থনৈতিক বিশ্লেষক ও বিশেষজ্ঞরা কিংকর্তব্য বিমূঢ় হয়ে পড়েছেন। আলোচ্য গবেষণার লক্ষ্য হচ্ছে, উক্ত সমস্যাগুলো নির্ণয় করে সেগুলোর সমাধানের জন্য একটি কার্যকর প্রতিকার খুঁজে বের করা। এ গবেষণাকর্মে আরোহ প্রণালী, বিশ্লেষণাত্মক ও বর্ণনামূলক গবেষণা পদ্ধতি প্রয়োগ করা হয়েছে। গবেষণা থেকে প্রকাশিত হয়েছে যে, উৎপাদন, ভোগ, লেনদেন ও বণ্টন এ উপাদান গুলোর যে কোনো এক বা একাধিক উপাদানের রন্ধ্র বা ছিদ্রপথ দিয়ে সমস্ত অর্থনৈতিক সমস্যা সংঘটিত হয়ে থাকে। ইসলামী শারী’আহ তাই উক্ত ছিদ্রপথ ও ফাটলগুলো বন্ধ করার জন্য কিছু নিয়ন্ত্রন নীতিমালা পেশ করেছে। এ নীতিমালার যথাযথ ও কঠোর প্রয়োগই স্থান-কাল নির্বিশেষে বিশ্বের যে কোনো দেশের সকল অর্থনৈতিক সমস্যা সমাধানের একমাত্র কার্যকর প্রতিকার।
