AMALGAMATION OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF REFORMING THE BUDGET LEGISLATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The scientific article researches the features of budgeting of united territorial communities in terms of reforming the budget legislation. It is determined that the budgets of amalgamated territorial communities have the same powers as cities of regional importance and direct relations with the state budget. Also, territorial communities can receive funds from the State Fund for Regional Development. Characterized positive aspects of reform, problems and directions of their solution.
