AMERICAN CONCEPT OF FUTURE SOLDIER’S EQUIPMENT - Land Warrior and Future Force Warrior

Abstract
In his next article on the Future Soldier’s equipment, the author focuses on the US con-cept. The introductory part depicts the process of determining and approving the require-ments for the Land Warrior initial project. Next, the article discusses the solutions applied in the three variants of the United States Future Soldier system, i.e. Land Warrior - Initial Capability, Land Warrior - Stryker Interoperable and Future Force Warrior, as well as the degree to which the system is developed along with the estimated time by which the system will have reached its full operational capability.
