Amyloidoza głowy i szyi – opis dwóch przypadków

Abstract
Amyloidoza w regionie głowy i szyi jest rzadką, łagodną zmianą, która zwykle rozwija się w krtani. W literaturze opisane są dwa rodzaje choroby - uogólniona i miejscowa, z czego ta druga spotykana jest częściej w regionie głowy i szyi. W pracy przedstawiono dwa przypadki miejscowej amyloidozy - w regionie nalewki oraz łuku podniebienno-językowego. Obie pacjentki zgłosiły się z powodu uczucia ciała obcego podczas przełykania. W obu przypadkach zastosowano skuteczne leczenie chirurgiczne, nie stwierdzono cech wznowy miejscowej podczas wizyt kontrolnych.
