An Application of Z-transform in Pharmacokinetics

Abstract:Discrete Z transform is used to solve difference equations in pharmacokinetics for constant dosage with fixed time intervals. Difference equation for half dosage and fractional dosage are analyzed. Clinical application is proposed. Keywords:Discrete Z transform, pharmacokinetics, dosage.
