Abstract
In the article the performance evaluation of the effectiveness of the logistics chain, discussed criteria for evaluating logistics distribution network. A measure the effectiveness of the logistics chain as a whole and separately each functional component. Adapted performance evaluation projects to evaluate logistics distribution network. Based on the calculation parameters handled can make management decisions for improving sourcing.
