AN EXAMINATION ON REFLECTED CORPORATE CULTURE OF WWF AND GREENPEACE INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT ORGANIZATIONS' GLOBAL AND TURKEY SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS: A RESEARCH ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER

Abstract
In today's information society, using a social media is a compulsory way to publicize yourself for not only firms but also non-profit organizations. Also, NGO's use social media effectively to attract new volunteers and fundraisers. In this work, information about under what purposes environmental organizations use social media and how they reflect their corporate cultures on their accounts will be tried to explain. In this work, both WWF and Greenpeace's global and Turkey accounts were examined and made a content analysis also through the information we collect, we had a chance to compare their global and local social media managements.
