AN EXPERIENCE OF TRAINING OF TEACHERS OF VOCATIONAL-ARTISTIC PROFILE IN GERMANY (the creative of culture aspect)

Abstract
The higher education is interesting in Germany. It attracts students from around the world for a long period of time. Popularity of higher education of the country is not accidental, because it is free in Germany. The foreigners can get grants for studying in Germany. the favorable conditions for the immigration of foreign students are created, students can stay in the country after graduation in order to find work, and after two years of working, they can get the residence permission in Germany. The differences of approaches concerning the system and content of the art training at educational institutions of various levels are occurred in different countries. The brief overview and synthesis of approaches concerning the development of the artistic and pedagogic education in Germany will allow to highlight the original features of national systems and the general world trends.
