An Introduction to Human Forces Leadership with Emphasis on Cooperative Management

Abstract

"This article attempts to show Khtvjh staffing and leadership through ""participatory management"" to increase the productivity and prosperity of the organizations and companies. In this regard, the process of historical formation of human resources leadership and management of three types of systematic, scientific management relations have been easy to define sample.
