An investigation of the relationship between training system and entrepreneurship characteristics of Payam Nour University students (the case study, the bachelor students of Payam Nour University, Bostanabad)

Abstract
This research has been done with the aim of studying the relationship of training system type (training system of Payam Nour University) with entrepreneurship psychological characteristics of students. The research method is correlative and the statistical population includes 1239 undergraduate students in the second half term of 90-91 education year of Bostanabad Payam Nour University and the statistical sample including 324 people classified with random sampling method has been performed. The applied measurement tool in this research is a questionnaire realized to view training system and entrepreneurship psychological characteristics. To analyze the relationships among variables, the correlation statistics have been used. The research findings show that viewing training systems of Payam Nour University is in the acceptable (moderate) level among statistical population and there is a meaningful relationship and inverse correlation between viewing training system and internal control center (sig=0/000)(r=/294), ambiguity tolerance (sig=0/000)(r=/294), independence (sig=0/000)(r=/294) and responsibility (sig=0/000)(r=/294). Also, the relationship between viewing training system and requirement of grace, risk taking, creativity and self confidence is not meaningful.
