An Overview of Creative Arts in Psychological Counseling

Abstract
The current study focuses on how the creative arts are used therapeutically in the psychological counseling process. The benefits offered by this innovative approach, which can diversify the feelings and thoughts of clients, have also been considered together with the limitations and difficulties encountered. While creative arts can enable clients to explore their inner worlds, reduce stress, increase their self-confidence and support their psychological well-being, it has also been stated that not every client may be interested in these arts and this approach may not be suitable for everyone. In this case, while emphasizing that the use of creative arts in psychological counseling is important, it should also be borne in mind that this use has certain limitations. Further research and application in this area may contribute to the further development of this therapeutic approach. The study focuses on the combination of creative arts with psychological counseling, examining the history, scope and specific features of this process, while at the same time referring to the results of current practices and research conducted on this topic. A wide literature review has been conducted on how creative arts have an impact on psychological counseling and how they are used, and it has been concluded using the logical reasoning method.
