Anaesthetic Management of Total Hip Replacement in a Patient with Ankylosing Spondylitis

Abstract
This is a case report of successful anaesthetic management of a 56 year old male patient with ankylosing spondylitis with bamboo spine, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, diabetis mellitus and hypertension posted for total hip replacement under general anaesthesia.
