Abstract

Final Project (PA) is a proposed course of study to meet the requirements of a Diploma in Higher Education. This course was held on Semester 6 (six) or the level of the end of the course of study Diploma. A business process can be explained simply as the Activity stream of activities. The business process is a collection of structured tasks or activities that could produce a particular service or product for one or more consumers. In this research, analysis and modeling of business processes in the implementation of the final project. Results of the analysis and modeling of business processes is used to improve workflow and as a basis for the development of the final project management information system capable of supporting the flow of execution of the final project includes the submission of topic, determination mentor, seminar and implementation of final review. In the analysis of business process execution end of this project we can identify that there is a case that can be modeled with BPMN (Business Process Modelling & Notation) and there are enough case modeled by swimlanes s Notation in which each model has advantages and disadvantages of each. Analysis and modeling of business processes end project implementation can be used as a tool to identify the needs of the system
