ANALISIS OF MORTAGE CREDITING OF AGRICULTURE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is directed on research of domestic mortgage market development. The paper discusses the theoretical aspects and normative legal base of functioning of the mortgage, the article analyses dynamics and structure of mortgage in Ukraine loans in the last ten years. It is found out, that imperfection and contradiction of the landed legislation creates unfavorable terms for development of mortgage. The analysis identified the main problems, trends and prospects of development of mortgage lending of the Ukrainian economy.
