АНАЛІЗ ДОТРИМАННЯ НОРМАТИВІВ ЛІКВІДНОСТІ БАНКІВСЬКИХ УСТАНОВ УКРАЇНИ ТА ПАТ «БАНК ВОСТОК»

Abstract
In this article, the problem of the risk of liquidity of banking system and banking organization. It is mentioned, that bank liquidity - is a complex concept, which reflects the bank's ability, without substantial losses, to mobilize funds in cash in order to create conditions for the timely and fully implementation of its commitments and the requirements for both liabilities and assets in any given time in a future. The article analyzes the compliance of Ukrainian banks liquidity ratios, which are set by the National Bank of Ukraine and PAT "Bank Vostok". This research aimed to determine the actual level of liquidity in the banking system and identify the problems in this direction. Average liquidity rates for the banking system were researched and analyzed. Relevant indicators of PAT "Bank Vostok" were analyzed as well. The study found excess liquidity on all indicators, both in PAT "Bank Vostok" and the banking system in general. Therefore, there is a need to limit excess liquidity of banking institutions and support its natural level, according to previously established requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine, as the regulation of this issue is in the competence the National Bank of Ukraine. In this case, the author recommends to pay special attention on control measurements to strengthen the monitoring of the financial health of banks. Thus, it should lead to stable operation and increasing liquidity in the banking system.
