Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу лізингу як інструменту залучення інвестиційних ресурсів. Наведено поняття, переваги, основні галузі та сфери використання лізингу, а також чинники, що стримують розвиток лізингу в Україні. Проаналізовано сучасний стан ринку лізингу, стан основних фондів у промисловому секторі України. Надані пропозиції щодо покращення поточного стану ринку лізингу, а також пропозиції спрямованні на стимулювання його розвитку в Україні
