Analiza certyfikacji żywności ekologicznej w Polsce w latach 2011–2016

Abstract
W pracy dokonano analizy stanu certyfikacji żywności ekologicznej w Polsce w latach 2011–2016. Materiał porównawczy stanowiły raporty Inspekcji Jakości Handlowej Artykułów Rolno-Spożywczych. Wykazano, że pomimo coraz większego zainteresowania i rosnącej popularności produktów ekologicznych liczba producentów ekologicznych oraz powierzchnia ekologicznych użytków rolnych w analizowanym okresie wykazywały tendencję spadkową. W procesie certyfikacji gospodarstwach rolnych i przetwórni żywności ekologicznej występowały nieprawidłowości wynikające z bezpośredniej działalności producenta, jak również leżące po stronie inspektorów jednostek certyfikujących.
