Abstract
Wtórne pourazowe zmiany zwyrodnieniowe stawu skokowo-goleniowego stanowią poważny problem kliniczny. W pracy przedstawiono analizę przypadku 66-letniej chorej, u której, w przebiegu wtórnej pourazowej choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawu skokowo-goleniowego, stwierdzono występowanie cyst w warstwie pod-chrzęstnej kości. Zastosowanie szybkiego modelowania komputerowego MES 2D pozwoliło na optymalizację leczenia operacyjnego. Model MES 2D zmian biomechanicznych zachodzących w kości może znacznie usprawnić proces leczenia oraz pomóc zrozumieć mechanizm powstawania choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów.
