Analiza investiţiilor nete – model de studiu

Abstract
Conceptul de investiţii nete evidenţiază cheltuielile efectuate pentru lucrări de construcţii, de instalaţii şi de montaj, pentru achiziţionarea de utilaje, mijloace de transport, alte cheltuieli destinate creării de noi mijloace fixe, pentru dezvoltarea, modernizarea, reconstrucţia celor existente, precum şi valoarea serviciilor legate de transferul de proprietate al mijloacelor fixe existente şi al terenurilor, preluate cu plată de la alte unităţi (taxe notariale, comisioane, cheltuieli de transport, de încărcare-descărcare) etc. În acest context vom continua analiza investiţiilor la nivel naţional, urmărind să evidenţiem gradul de dezvoltare al diferitelor categorii de activitaţi în totalul investiţiilor nete realizate de România, conform datelor publicate de Institutul Naţional de Statistică.
