Analiza wybranych czynników warunkujących jakość życia pacjentów po amputacji kończyny dolnej – przegląd literatury

Abstract
Amputacja kończyny dolnej jest zabiegiem okaleczającym, przyczyniającym się do zaburzeń sfer zarówno fizycznej, jak i psychicznej pacjenta. Dlatego tak ważne jest zapewnienie kompleksowej opieki zdrowotnej. Pacjenci oraz ich rodziny muszą zmienić swoje życie, przeorganizować je, co niewątpliwie wiąże się z obniżeniem jakości życia. Celem pracy była analiza poszczególnych determinantów jakości życia chorych po amputacji kończyn dolnych oraz ich wpływu na sferę fizyczną, psychiczną i społeczną pacjentów. Na podstawie dostępnej literatury omówiono określone czynniki warunkujące jakość życia, m.in. obecność bólów fantomowych czy bólów kikuta, sposób poruszania się, samodzielność w zakresie codziennych czynności, aktywność zawodową, dostęp do rehabilitacji. Analiza wpływu określonych determinantów na jakość życia ludzi po amputacji kończyny dolnej może przyczynić się do poprawy i wprowadzania nowych paradygmatów opieki nad osobami po amputacji.<br/><br/>
