Analysis and evaluation of the economic recovery program for the Algerian housing sector Within the five-year programs 2005-2014

Abstract
An economic development program has been drawn up by the President of the Republic of Algeria for all economic sectors of the country. Efforts crowned by the mega program of 1million housing under the five-year program from 2005 to 2009 and an estimated budget of 671.51 dinars or $ 9 billion. Alas, the reality seen and lived always gives strong signs of the presence of the housing crisis in Algeria, which imposes the search for new applicable alternatives adopted and to achieve the expected objectives, meanwhile what will give the challenge that the authorities had initiated the construction of 2 million units under the second program from 2010 to 2014.
