ANALYSIS AND PERSPECTIVE ON HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Abstract
This paper aims to highlight management practices in human resources in the telecommunications sector in our country, with an emphasis on performance measurement tools used by human resources manager in quantifying the results of work of employees and leverage to motivate employee performance be they executives or managers. Success, performance and competitiveness of any organization depend largely on the content and quality of human resources management, because, as emphasized by many experts in the field, an organization's competitive advantage lies in its people.
