ANALYSIS OF BUDGET CONTROL OPERATION AT THE LOCAL LEVEL

Abstract
The role of budgetary control at the local level is studied. The basic problems of the budgetary control in terms of local government are highlighted. The detailed analysis of the functioning of budgetary control at every stage of the budget process is done. The importance and the need for budgetary control in the formation and execution of local budgets are substantiated. Ways to improve the efficiency of budgetary control at the local level are determined.
