Analysis of Cam Phasing Influence on Performance of Internal Combustion Engine
Journal Title: Machine Design - Year 2018, Vol 10, Issue 1
Abstract
In this paper was presented influence of cam phasing on performance of overall engine torque. Simulation was performed in GT-Power software. Results shows that with optimisation of cam phasing higher engine output torque can be expected at all engine speed with given throttle position.
