Analysis of going near the estimation of innovative development of small enterprise of region

Abstract
In the article, going is analysed near development and evaluation of level of innovative development of small enterprise at the level of region, the models of innovative development of the industrial-developed countries, component elements of innovative development, indexes of degree of innovative development of small business entities, are analysed. Factors which must be taken into account at an evaluation ability and possibilities of managing subjects of region to development on the basis of innovations are certain. It allowed to define basic directions of research of theoretical, methodological and practical approaches on the basis of which innovative activity and development of small business of region entities is carried out and to build the structural-logical chart of their researches.
