ANALYSIS OF INFORMAL AND FORMAL SEGMENTS OF THE VENTURE CAPITAL MARKET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the system analysis of the informal and formal segments of the venture capital market of Ukraine is carried out. It is shown that each segment of the market has its own niche on the field of innovative enterprise financing. Venture financing from business angels has a huge reserve due to the funds of migrants and diaspora, whose annual incomes are commensurate with the GDP of Ukraine. Taking into account the national specifics of venture business development, Ukraine business angels and venture funds are classified; schemes for their interaction with innovative enterprises are constructed. It is concluded that the venture capital market in Ukraine is still at the stage of its formation, this generates an important national task to create an effective ecosystem of interaction between innovation enterprises and all segments of the venture capital market in Ukraine.
