ANALYSIS OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT

Abstract
In the article the author conducted a retrospective analysis of investment activity of railway transport enterprises. The structure and dynamics of capital investments of enterprises of the railway industry for 2016–2018 are analyzed, which allowed determining the discrepancy between the planned and actual volumes of investment resources. It is determined that now the management of PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” pays considerable attention to the renewal and modernization of rolling stock and railway infrastructure. The declared perspective directions and volumes of investment activity of PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” for 2019 are disclosed. The main sources of investment in the development of enterprises of railway transport, among which the largest share of own funds. It is determined that as a result of deregulation of the wagon component of the tariff for rail transport as an additional source of investment is considered the use of funds from the indexation of tariffs for rail transport. On the basis of the conducted research strategic priority vectors of investment activity of the enterprises of railway transport are defined.
