Abstract
The issue of formation of the strategy of innovative development of agrarian enterprises is researched in the article. The conceptual approach to management of innovative development of agrarian enterprise in modern conditions is formed. The main stages of the process of development and implementation of the innovative strategy of the agrarian enterprise are outlined.
