Analysis of legal regulation of deputy immunity in Ukraine and foreign countries.

Abstract
The article investigates the legal nature of deputy immunity. By analyzing the practice of foreign countries, several models of legal regulation of immunity are singled out: the “rigid” (absolute) model of immunity in which the guarantees of personal integrity of parliamentarians act not only during sessions, but also between them and the “limited” model of immunity in which the parliamentarian is endowed parliamentary immunity only for a certain period of sessions or for the duration of their powers. The national legislation on parliamentary immunity was investigated and a number of issues were identified which require a first-rate solution.
