ANALYSIS OF MACROECONOMIC, INDUSTRIAL, FINANCIAL, INTELLECTUAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMPONENT OF UKRAINE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES SECTOR SECURITY

Abstract
Introduction. Importance of the powerful and efficient national information technology sector formation and development, formed by entities, who initiates, creates and commercializes information products and technologies, as well as its main elements and supporting infrastructure are increasingly actualized as the result of world economy globalization, in the particular through active and embracing use of information and Internet technologies. Formation of the information and communication technologies sector needs to ensure its economic security. But government policy in this area requires appropriate information and analytical support. It is important to summarize the main characteristics of the most important national economy sector of economic of security components for its formation. Methods. The general scientific and special methods of system analysis and theoretical generalization, economic analysis, the economical and statistical method, the method of structural and logical analysis are used during the research. Results. The information and analytical database on the IT sector functioning and development is formed. As well as analyzed such functional parts of sector economic security as macroeconomic and manufacturing, financial, intellectual and human resources. The main trends of these components as well as noted what ICT Ukraine sector security indicators shows decline are highlighted. The pilot expert survey using questionnaires is conducted to complement the obtained results. This made possible to identify, what factors of the security in information and communication technologies area has most negative impact on the economic security of the business activity, and which has the least negative. The recommendations to the state authorities to stabilize the situation are formed based on identified the most negative factors of the impact on business activity economic security in the information and communication technologies area. Discussion. Further research in the analyzed area is advisable to focus on indicator evaluation of the ICT sector development by regions of the state.
