ANALYSIS OF NORMATIVE-LEGAL ACTS IN ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL PROTECTION THE RIGHTS OF PROPERTY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes regulatory and legal acts in the field of administrative and legal protection of property rights in Ukraine, which allows us to assume that the Constitution of Ukraine has consolidated the fundamental principles of the implementation of the protection of property rights, the laws of Ukraine and subordinate legal acts implement the foundations of the implementation of administrative and legal protection of law property, international sources of property protection are successfully used in Ukraine, which allows to expand international cooperation in the field of property rights protection and implements coordination of national public administration entities borrowing from successful international experience, besides health ownership using national and European case-law. It is noted that international sources of protection of property rights are successfully used in Ukraine, which allows to expand international cooperation in the field of property rights protection, to coordinate national entities of public administration on the basis of borrowing successful foreign experience, to develop the mechanism of public administration of property rights protection in Ukraine and in in general, to carry out administrative and legal protection of property rights more effectively. It is concluded that in the sphere of property rights protection precedent practice is used, both national and European, which clearly shows the means of protection of property rights, analyzes and interprets the mechanism of protection of property rights, realizes the protection of property rights of each person, which necessitates the use of case-law sources public administration of the protection of property rights in practice by all subjects of public administration..
