Analysis of regulatory and legal support service-oriented state

Abstract
The analysis of normative and legal support of service-oriented state is carried out. The normative- legal support of the service-oriented state as an instrument of interaction of authorities with citizens is analyzed. It was clarified that the normative-legal support of a service-oriented state is based on the interaction of the authorities with the citizens, aimed at ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens and provides for the provision of quality management services. The stage of the legal acts providing a service-oriented state by periods is carried out. The main documents regulating the procedures for providing administrative services in Ukraine are considered.
