Abstract
Аnalysis of the current state of the foreign environment of the bakery factory in the context of estimation of the risk of their activity: macro- and meso-level. The article examines the state of the environment of the enterprises of the bakery industry in terms of the impact of the macro- and meso- level risks on the activity of the latter. By analyzing the absolute values and dynamics of key quantitative indicators of the state of the state's economic system at all its levels, the influence of systemic risks on these structural elements is characterized, the role of small, medium and large enterprises in the restoration of a stable state of the economy and ensuring its sustainable development is determined. The state of the baking industry is analyzed, the main risks and threats of bakery enterprises are identified.
