Abstract
The article provides a comparative analysis of national systems of technology transfer control in different countries of the world. Problems and prospects of using international technology transfer for ensuring sustainable growth of the national economy are outlined. The features of national models and systems of regulation of international technology transfer in a number of developed countries of the world are analyzed.
