ANALYSIS OF THE NATURE OF THE COMMODITY STRATEGY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article deals with the development of a promising commodity strategy for enterprises in order to achieve a stable market position and a high level of financial prosperity in the future. The stages of the formation of a commodity strategy, which must be performed in the following sequence, are summarized: analysis of existing commodity groups, marketing research, choice of commodity strategy, introduction of commodity strategy for the enterprise. The place of the commodity strategy in the general strategy of the enterprise is determined. Designated principles, tasks, functions and problem moments of the formation of a commodity strategy. Proposed approaches that define the concept of commodity policy.
