TO THE QUESTION OF DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE AND INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF DONETSK REGION

Abstract
The article examines the innovative and investment state of science in the Donetsk region, including the agrarian one. A negative trend in the development of the personnel component has been detected: the number of organizations performing scientific and scientific and technical work is significantly reduced, the number of scientific personnel is decreasing. Reduction in the effectiveness of scientific activity is due to the current level of financing and capital investment. Therefore, the goal of state policy for the development of science should be to ensure the level of funding for scientific activities at a sufficient level. Another factor that will contribute to the development of the scientific sphere is the development of legal mechanisms to promote the popularization and commercialization of scientific research results.
