MODERN CHALLENGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF AGRARIAN SECTOR

Abstract
The article considers the necessity of effective functioning of agrarian sector in the country for the successful development of its economy, since agricultural production is a fundamental direction of forming the national budget funds. Issue of accelerating erosion of soil in the process of agrarian activity has been studied, which requires the implementation of effective programs to prevent land degradation. Also, the main provisions that impede development of this industry are presented. The causes of outflow of people from rural areas are analyzed. There are proposed the main recommendations according: improving the general state of domestic agricultural sector; the ways of exit from situation that has developed.
