Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the notion «human capital». The role of human capital as a part of the state's intellectual capital has been studied. The relationship between the structural elements of intellectual capital is characterized. The content of the notion of «management of human capital» is disclosed. Features of the human capital management process are reflected.
