ANALYSIS OF THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE JUICE PRODUCTION INDUSTRY

Abstract
The article examines the external environment, which affects the production volumes and the state of the juice industry. The number, distribution of the population, income indicators of different age groups and in the context of places of residence were analyzed. The volume of consumption of fruit, berries and grapes, the area of their planting and production are investigated. The dynamics of changes in the prices of sales of raw materials and volumes of juice production is established. Against the backdrop of a fall in solvent demand and an increase in the cost of raw materials, conclusions were drawn about the unsatisfactory dynamics of the state of the juice industry.
