ADAPTATION OF HEPTALYSIS METHODOLOGY FOR SELECTION OF A CLIENT BASE SUPPLIER

Abstract
The article deals with the essence and peculiarities of using the Heptalysis model. Seven groups of factors are presented, allowing a comprehensive business analysis of the company's activities. The process of the optimal purchase of a new customer base for increasing the sales of Gudzik Best LLC products using the Heptalysis methodology has been determined. The necessity of improving the company’s activity for strengthening its position in the market for the sale of light industry goods is proved. The best company-supplier of customer database for Gudzik Best LLC was determined.
