Abstract
У статті доведено провідну роль інтелектуального капіталу в діяльності підприємств в умовах сталого розвитку. Розглянуті передумови виникнення поняття «інтелектуальний капітал», проведено його морфологічний аналіз. Удосконалено поняття «інтелектуальний потенціал підприємства» як об’єкту управління підприємством на основі вивчення та узагальнення теоретичних підходів до визначення поняття «інтелектуальний капітал».
