FEATURES OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES OF DONETSK REGION

Abstract
The article discloses the essence of strategic management and substantiates the necessity of its application in the management of agrarian enterprises. The approaches of scientists to the definition of the concepts of "strategic management" are presented. The features of agriculture were determined and the reasons for the slow development of strategic management in the practice of the investigated agrarian enterprise.
