ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS OF CONSTRUCTION AND USE OF ADMINISTRATION SYSTEMS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In the article the factors of construction and use of administration systems in enterprise management are described. They include the competence of personnel, the development of the management system, the goals and tasks of administration, the technological support, the features of the enterprise, the amount of documentary and information management, the resource support of production and economic activities, the quality of corporate governance, the stability of the functioning environment, the development of information infrastructure, the centralization of management, European integration processes, as well as the level of electronic documents and document circulation. The conclusion is made about the expediency of classifying such factors in the environment of exposure with the identification of factors of direct and indirect impact. The interrelation and interdependence of such factors, as well as their space-time dimension, are noted. It is established that, for practical reasons, it is difficult to diagnose the level of influence of this particular factor on administrative processes in organizations, which is primarily due to the properties of the systemic dependence.
