Analysis of the influence of economic, administrative and social potentials of ICT implementation on the rating positions of Ukraine’s economy in the world

Abstract
The paper shows the influence of the economic (IT companies, IT staff qualifications, IT freelancers), social (level of information tourist service, provision of population access to information, number of Internet audience), administrative (level of electronic government in the country, legislative levers for regulation of the ICT sector) of the potentials of implementing of information–communication technologies on the position of Ukraine in the interstate comparative rankings. On the basis of this analysis, the general place of Ukraine in the global information process is outlined, the main tendencies and problem sides of development of this sphere are revealed.
