Abstract
Today, in Ukraine, more and more attention is paid to the concept of teaching the painting at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, the question of methodology and peculiarities of individual methods, and the influence of traditions and the modernization of the educational process. Particularly relevant is the half-century experience of teaching by professor Т. Golembievska at the NAFAA, to which this study is devoted.
