Analysis of the relationship between education cost and stock return of the firms listed in Tehran Stock Exchange

Abstract
With regard to the ever increasing need of firms in Stock Exchange to increasing stock return whose prerequisite is efficient human resource, the issue of education cost arises. This research was aimed at analyzing the relationship between education cost and stock return of firms listed in Tehran Stock Exchange in 2014. The instrument for data collection is library method; in this regard after describing concepts, the problem was analyzed and finally strategies were proposed for a better efficiency and effectiveness. Results indicate that attention to human skills and their role and impact in stock return can reduce stock return risk and strengthen them and increase their profit. Also, there is a relationship between the ratio of education cost and the amount of firms' capital, sale's rate, cash flow, equity and company size.
