Comparative examination of the self efficacy of high school students with different learning styles in Bandar Abass

Abstract
The aim of the present study was conducting a comparative examination of the self efficacy of high school students with different learning styles. The independent variable of this research is student learning styles and the dependent variable is the student’s self-efficacy. The population of the study included male and female high school students in Bandar Abbas city. The research sample included 350 of the first grade high school students that were selected using the multi-stage cluster sampling and were given the research tools. Research tools include Scherer self-efficacy test and Kolb's learning styles test which had desirable reliability and validity. The data collected and were analyzed by ANOVA and multi-way ANOVA. the results showed that people with different learning styles differ in terms of self-efficacy. The analysis of results indicated that there is no significant difference between boys and girls in learning styles and selfefficacy.
